1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Austin Grill Repair ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("customer," "you," or "your") accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Services

Austin Grill Repair provides professional grill repair services for residential and commercial customers in the Austin, Texas area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Grill repair and troubleshooting
• Routine maintenance and tune-ups
• Remove and replace
• Retro fit
• New build
• Parts replacement and installation
• Safety inspections
• Emergency repair services

3. Service Appointments and Scheduling

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but cannot guarantee specific time slots. You will receive confirmation of your appointment via email or phone.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

We charge an initial service call fee of $150. If additional parts are needed, we will provide you with an estimate on the cost of the parts. Our labor rate is $150 per hour. Parts must be paid for before they are ordered. Once parts are installed, only the labor is due upon completion of services.

We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. A $5 convenience fee applies when using Venmo and Cash App. A service charge may apply for returned checks.

For warranty work or insurance claims, payment terms may differ and will be discussed at the time of service.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer the following warranties:

• Labor Warranty: 30 days on all repair work
• Parts Warranty: Manufacturer's warranty applies to all new parts

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature. Warranty work must be performed by Austin Grill Repair to remain valid.

6. Limitation of Liability

Austin Grill Repair's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for damage to your property that results from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or factors beyond our control. We carry insurance.

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the grill and work area
• Ensure pets are secured during service visits
• Provide accurate information about the grill's condition and history
• Be present or designate an authorized representative during service
• Follow all safety recommendations provided by our technicians
• Maintain your grill according to manufacturer recommendations

8. Safety and Insurance

Our technicians are trained in safety procedures and will follow all applicable safety standards during service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your grill area is safe for our technicians to work. This includes clearing the work area of obstacles and ensuring adequate ventilation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Austin Grill Repair and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Before initiating arbitration, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication.

12. Force Majeure

Austin Grill Repair is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action related to these terms must be brought in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

16. Emergency Services

Emergency repair services may be available outside normal business hours for an additional fee. Emergency service requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on technician availability and the nature of the emergency.

17. Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to environmentally responsible practices. We properly dispose of all waste materials and old parts in accordance with local environmental regulations.
